Any substance or mixture intended for causing the leaves of foliage to drop from a plant, with or without causing abscission
Defoliant
Any substance or mixture intended for artificially accelerating the drying up of plant tissues.
Desiccant
A situation which exists when the continued use of pesticide will likely result in unreasonable adverse effect on the public
