1 - Suspects refuses and no previous photos
2 - Singular appearance
3 - Suspect changed their appearance
4 - Chance meeting
5 - You know the suspect
6 - ID made soon after offence in initial investigation
4 types of accepted ID
1 - Finger, palm and footprint
2 - Voice ID
3 - Formal visual (photo montage)
4 - Forensic (blood, dna, body fluids)

Entry without warrant to place or vehicle to arrest person unlawfully at large

Entry without warrant to place or vehicle to avoid loss of offender or evidential material
