Any person attempting to access base with fraudulent, altered, or copied credentials
Any person or persons involved in criminal activity’s, misconduct, or other situation as deemed by the commanding officer (theft)
Upon debarment
The staff judge advocate will issue a debarment memorandum based on finding of NSF personnel
A copy of the signed order will be given to the security officer and physical security officer. Copies of thee order will be given to ECPs
Upon debarment how long is it stayed on file
2 years. Or when the order has been revoked by the co in writing.
If want privileges restored- the sponsor of the person must submit a memorandum requesting to restore their access
What happens if they violate the debarment order
They will be detained and reported to the chain of command, and the incident will be documented on CLEOC and reported to SJA and co
If they violate a second time it will result in permanent debarment
