How do you measure a bladder pressure
A
18 gauge needle into the catheter court of the Foley
Connect IV tubing to 1 L of normal saline
60 mL leur lock syringe
Pressure transducer
Zero pressure transducer at mid axillary line
Inject 25 mL of saline into bladder and clamp the Foley distal to the culture port
Measure pressure at the end expiration
