What are user requirements?

What is a feasibility report?
ANSWERS the questions asked during the initiation stage
considers the client-defined CONSTRAINTS and REQUIREMENTS that have been set
What are the legislation implications?
depend on the type of product being created and the ASSETS being used
What is a project plan?
created by a PROJECT MANAGER Includes TASKS, RESOURCES NEEDED MILESTONES CONTINGENCY TIME WORKFLOW end date
assets:
items such as images or video to be included in the FINAL PRODUCT
milestones:
a given point in time when a task is expected to be STARTED or COMPLETED
contingency time:
time in a project plan where NO TASKS ARE ASSIGNED
this is used if tasks are not completed on time, to make sure the project still MEETS THE FINAL DEADLINE
What is a test plan?
during the PLANNING PHASE will be related to checking user requirements are being met
could be produced, based on the type of product, to be used during the execution stage
What is a constraints list?
provides DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT EACH OF THE CONSTRAINTS
referred to during the phase reviews to make sure that all the constraints are being met
What is a deliverable product?
the product is CREATED AND TESTED
What are test results?
TESTS are carried out both during CREATION and when COMPLETED
What is the release of deliverable product?
the product is FULLY CHECKED against CONSTRAINTS LIST and DEFINED REQUIREMENTS
when the project team is happy, the product is RELEASED to the CLIENT
What is user documentation?
created before the product is released to the client
the type of user documentation will depend on the TYPE OF PRODUCT
