Visual or tactile check of the aircraft’s critical surfaces for frozen contaminations
When conditions call for a Cold Weather Preflight Inspection need to be performed
OAT is 5 or less

Wing fuel temp is 0 & dewpoint less than 0
Cold soak ice
Overnight
