Visible moisture or precipitation in any form (such as fog with visibility 1 mile or less, mist, rain, snow, sleet and ice crystals or clouds in flight)
Do not hold in icing conditions with:
Slats/flaps extended
Single engine taxi prohibited when:
Ramps or taxiways are contaminated with snow, slush or ice, or when snow or other freezing precipitation is present
Tactile check of wing leading edge, forward upper surface and rear upper surface required when:
*OAT 10c or less, or
*Bull fuel temperature is 0c or less, or
*Atmospheric conditions have been conducive to frost formation.
* Ice/frost may continue to adhere even above 10c
Supercooled Large Droplet (SLD) icing is present when:
Icing accretion to side windows
