A
  1. Condition lever - FUEL CUTOFF
  2. Firewall Fuel Valve - PUSH (EXTINGUISHER PUSH and FW VALVE CLOSED annunciators ILLUMINATED)
  3. Starter Switch - STARTER ONLY
  4. Fire Extinguisher - PUSH (if required, DISCHARGED annunciator ILLUMINATED)

  1. Power levers - GROUND FINE
  2. BRAKES - MAXIMUM or as required to achieve stopping distance
    (if insufficient runway remains for stopping)
  3. Condition levers - FUEL CUTOFF
  4. Firewall Fuel Valve - PUSH (EXTINGUISHER PUSH and FW VALVE CLOSED annunciators ILLUMINATED)
  5. Master switch - OFF

  1. Power - Max allowable
  2. Landing gear - UP
  3. Airspeed - Maintain V2
  4. Propeller (inop engine) - VERIFY FEATHERED
  5. Bleed air switch - LOW
  6. Airspeed - Increase to flaps up, 1 engine inop Vyse - 122 KIAS @ 400’ AGL Minimum
  7. Flaps - UP
  8. Clean up (use eng failure/fire inflight drill) (performed above 1000’ AGL)
  9. Electrical Load - MONITOR

  1. Reduce power on operative engine as required to maintain control.
  2. Lower nose to accelerate above Vmca
  3. adjust power as required.
  4. Secure affected engine as in ENGINE FIRE OR FAILURE In FLIGHT
