a. Move the pointer to the top of the screen to reveal the menu bar, then select View->Exit Full Screen

b. Alternatively, select the text you want to find in your document, then select Edit-> Find-> Use Selection for Find

Apple Key + F, then select the magnifying glass on the left hand side of the search bar

Go to the magnifying glass in the Find option, click on the Down Arrow, and select INSERT PATTERN.
Here you can find special characters such as Page Break, new paragraph, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
