management with uterine perf?
A
- if fundal/no electrosurgery/suction - observe
- if lateral posterior or anterior low -> lsc

Q
how do you manage hemorrhage?

- electrosurgical electrodes for smaller vessles
- intracervical injection of dilute vasopressin
- 30 cc foley in uterine cavity
