What are some causes of primary hypogonadism?
A
Chromosomal abnormalities - ie Klinefelter syndrome, males with more than 1 X chromosom and XX males.
- Congenital Anorchia
- Chemotherapy and radiation induced hypogonadism
- Sertoli cell only syndrome Del Castillo syndrome)
- Testicular dysgenesis syndrome.

How do you diagnose primary hypogonadism?
A
Low testosterone. No rise after HCG.
Bone age may help (with constitutional delay)
