Prolonged , painful tecniques avoided
Stimulating teqs are avoided
Neck mm and carotid artery is CI
Avoid any modalities that will contribute to the return of large volumes of venous and lymp
Massage for hypertention
Number of modification will relate to the severity , however should look for any sign of distress during tx
In moderate stable hypertention what are some modification?
Reduce tx in prone
Some elevation of upper body while supine
