  1. Pharmacotherapy
  2. review BP in six moths
  3. pharmacotherapy and lifestyle intervention if BP persistently greater than 160/100 OR if fix of premature CVD or if patient of South Asian, Middle Eastern, Maori, ATSI, Pacific Islander
