- > 45 yr olds or >35yr olds if ATSI with no history of CVD

How often to monitor these patients?

- Pharmacotherapy
- review BP in six moths
- pharmacotherapy and lifestyle intervention if BP persistently greater than 160/100 OR if fix of premature CVD or if patient of South Asian, Middle Eastern, Maori, ATSI, Pacific Islander
Monitor every 6-12months
