Elevated serum prolactin
CT scan or MRI often demonstrates pituitary adenoma

Diagnostic Workup
Document hyperprolactanemia (at least 1 repeat)
Exclude pregnancy

Management
Remove/correct cause
Dopamine agonists
f/u labs
transsphenoidal pituitary surgery
