A

Symptoms

  • Painful joints
  • Worse after activity (but may be generalised also)
  • Fatigue
  • Epicondylitis
  • Frequent injuries: subluxation, dislocation, strains

Signs

  • Abnormal skin: papyraeous scars, hyperextensible, thin, striae
  • Marfanoid habitus
  • Arachnodactyly
  • Droop eyelids
  • Myopia
  • Hernias and uterine/rectal prolapses
