A
Increased hygiene has contributed to increased rates of allergy and autoimmune disease

Why do people that get worms or allergies typically have a symptomatic presentation and then nothing, even though they have a growing number of parasites?
A
IgE and immune response goes way down due to IL-10 getting released after a while which shuts down the response.

Type 2 immunity with increased IgE and eosinophilia
