A
Tropical waters between 8 and 20 degrees latitude. High humidity and light winds. Warm sea surface temps 20.5degrees or greater.

A
June to November and occurs in the northern hemisphere

A
USA. They are named alphabetically. If there is a very bad hurricane the name is retired
