It is the statistical measure of the average number of years a person in an area or population can expect to live, expressed in years.

The more natural resources a country has access to, the more wealth that is generated throughout that country, more wealth results in a higher level of wellbeing.

The amount of wealth a country has affects the countries well-being. When a country has greater access to natural resources the countries wealth dramatically increases, and vice versa. This ultimately increases the well-being of the people living in a country.
