A legal gurantee provided by a manufacturer or retailer aqsurring customers that products that don’t meet required standards will be replaced, repaired or refunded.

- full refund for 30 days
- adfter 30 days retialer must repair or replace product
- goverened by ombudsman
Trades Description Act 1968
Prevents businesses from making false or misleading claims about products or services
Ensures honest advertising and protects customers being miseled
