Discrimination is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people
What is Classism?
Classism is a belief that a person’s social or economic station in society determines their value in that society.
What is Colourism?
Colourism is prejudice or discrimination within a racial or ethnic group favouring people with lighter skin over those with darker skin.
What is Poverty?
Poverty is a state or condition in which a person or community lacks the financial resources and essentials for a minimum standard of living.

Economic Poverty is a state of having insufficient funds/resources to provide a basic level of existence

Absolute Poverty is where people do not have enough basic necessities of life.

Relative Poverty is when people are poor in comparison to others around them.
What is Unemployment?
Unemployment occurs when a person is able and willing to work but is currently without work.
What is Capital Punishment?
Capital Punishment or the Death Penalty is the act of putting a criminal to death as a legal penalty for a crime committed.
