At three chosen locations within Grassmere teams started to count using the tally age of people passing by for 15 minutes period

Gives a visual representation of what ages were in which zone
Could have used a bar chart, pie chart, scattergraph, pictogram
Primary data analysis human
Results showed that people observed work mainly over age of 30 with a significant number between 51+
Time of day was an anomaly as age range 5 to 17 would’ve been in school
Secondary data analysis human
House prices higher in Grassmere as more older people live there so can afford it
Conclusion human
Data showed that most people were over the age of 30 and these results could be applied to another village
EValuation
may have counted a person twice, may have put people in the wrong category (Subjective data), didnt do it for long time, don’t know if people are residents or tourists
Could have – asked for household income, use questionnaires
Reliability – is reliable however does have flaws so accuracy of my resource affected the validity
