rights that are unatainable and universal. This means that they are rights that belong to every human and cannot be stripped, althoigh the can be abused.

define civil rights
they are rights of individuals designed to protect them from unfair treatment in a number of settings including housing, education, etc. They are granted by the government

what is the difference between human and civil rights
human rights cannot be taken, you are born with them whereas civil rights can be and they are granted
what is a similarity between human and civil rights
they are both put in place to provide equality
