5- Motor and sensory (3 areas of face, temporalis/ master)
7- 2 per hemisphere (raise brows, close eyes tight, smile, puff out cheeks)
8- close eyes, finger rub
9, 10- tongue out, say ah, swallow (uvula midline, palate raises)
11- shrug shoulders, turn head (against resistance)
12- tongue out, side to side
