Outline the challenges in the scenario

A

GP has to include many questions as part of public health in the appointment so it isn’t patient-centred, computer screen checklist of questions distracts GP from patient-centred approach, perceived interference on doctor-patient relationship by having a predetermined agenda, those with lower health literacy may not understand the doctors change in focus away from what they are saying (as part of a public health policy).
