What is Agility
Ability to control the movement of the whole body and change position quickly
What is Balance
Keep the body stable ,while at rest or in motion
What is Body composition
Percent of body that is muscle, fat or bone

Ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time

Ability to use two or more body parts together

Amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance

Involves lifting weight to increase the strenght of muscle, using respiration and sets
What is continuous
Aerobic exercising at a moderate to high level, with no rest
What is plyometric
Exercise where the muscle use maximum force in a short intervals of time.
What is fartlek
A method of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing
