What is agility
The ability to control the movement of the whole body and change position quickly
What is body composition
How much of your body is muscle fat or bone
What is power
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly
What is speed
Rate of which an individual can perform a movement or cover distance
What is reaction time
Time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement
What is cardiovascular endurance
Ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time
What is muscular endurance
Ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired
What is flexibility
Range of motion in your joints
What is balance
To be able to keep the body stable while at rest or in motion
What is coordination
Ability to use two or more body parts together
What are the 6 methods of training
Weight, continuous, plyometric, fartlek, interval, circuit
What is weight training
Involves lifting weights to increase the strength of muscles using repetition and sets
What is continuous training
Aerobic training at a moderate to high level with no rest
What is plyometric training
