my role as a course director
manage network of stakhodlers and logistics ensure programme success. liaise sales teams, agents, learners, accounts, social organisers, teachers, accommodation, rigistrar, catering.
my roles: alongside communicating with external and internal stake holders. design curricula for general english, English for specific purposes science based english, exam english for doctors pass ielts exam practise in uk/ diverse learners different learner needs and preferences. in addition to this compliance
compliance and admin, registers/track under 18’s / go though feedback (also tool for refining curricula) risk assessment / criminal record checks for teachers/ food intolerance / allergies / creating student ists, level tests, classroom allocations, teacher student schedules, resolving day to day issues.
challenges: late requests agents students/ensure overall program runs smoothly by a structured approach prioritise tasks/allocating time deadlines importance/communicating effectively to all parties. for example coordinated closely housing officer resolve /liaise sales/teachers/schedules. teacher training/ teacher cover technical teaching science biz. purchasing deliverable for the courses.

Machines/systems perform human-like tasks / reasoining problem solving decision making/ algorithms analyse vast dara/ spot patterns undetectable humans instantaneously
technical teaching?
leanring gap; where are they … /leanring outcomes shape learning flow/manageable chunks/scaffolding/clear language/use analogies visual aids like mind maps/ step by step eg ielts idea intro main body structuring cohesive linkers conclusion. specially designing a course for doctors ielts level 6.5 need 7.5 doctors. learning gap using leanre personas and needs analysis tools and taking to agent blooms taxonomy to help define outcomes which shape the currical content bottom down top up, learning flow asynchronous synchronous linear core and spoke - writings going to be linear but can have some core and spoke if there are optional areas. i break complex subjects into manageable chunks scaffold and support learning. making it leanrer centred by using guided discoveries and controlled practice. adept tried and tested methods with great measurable success.
