Human Resource Information System. More comprehensive software or an online platform that helps manage most human resources operations of a company.
What does HCM stand for? How is this different from HRIS?
Human Capital Management. Focused more on talent management features (ATS, LMS, Performance reviews)
What must we ask a buyer that is looking for payroll?
Inhouse or outsourced
What does PEO stand for? Why would a company use one?
Professional Employer Organization. Usually used by smaller organizations that don’t have the time/expertise to handle their HR needs. CoAdvantage is a PEO.
What does ATS stand for? What is another name for it?
Applicant Tracking System. Also known as recruitment software.

Allow organizations to create engaging and interactive multimedia content for educational purposes
What is Extended enterprise?
When a buyer wants to provide learning materials (through an LMS) to outside customers or clients.
