HR Flashcards
Why do you want to work at Frontier?
I talked a lot about Frontier’s emphasis of being “Green” and the Low Fares Done Right that allows most Americans to travel on a budget.
F9’s business model being the ULCC (ultra low cost carrier) makes it available for virtually anyone to be able to purchase an airline ticket to be able to save time and money flying for many purposes. Whether it be a family reunion, graduation, holiday, wedding, business or even an funeral. This is important to everyone. Frontier makes traveling easy and affordable for the passenger. Being an ULCC Frontier’s operation is able to make it through tough economic times. Low fares done right allows the customer to be able to purchase a low priced ticket even if the economy is struggling. They would still be able to travel via air. This business model seems to be the best in a struggling economy or even a recession. I would like to be a part of that going into the future.
