What does the Special Response Team (SRT) provide the Department?
A flexible, rapid, and coordinated response to a variety of events which have the potential to 1 - inflict harm to human life or
2 - damage to property or state infrastructure. (homeland security, civil disturbance, natural disaster or mutual aid requests.)

What is the primary mission of the Special Response Team (SRT)?
To maintain safety and security for all, including those expressing their First Amendment rights. This includes protecting
public safety, property, and assisting allied agencies when mutual aid is requested.
