A
Taking a full history (HPC, PMHx, DHx, allergies, SHx, FHx) Examination - Cardiovascular - Respiratory - Abdomen - Neurological
And then writing a detailed summary of the above.

What is important about DHx?
A
Always ask what drugs and find out what dosage!
Never forget to ask about allergies

What is a clinical sign?
A
An abnormal finding on examination e.g. an enlarged spleen or a heart murmur. You need to examine normal patients to recognise a sign.
