How to build an automated solution Flashcards
Actions and trigger definition
You can think of the trigger as the starting action for the flow. The trigger can be something like a new email arriving in your inbox or a new item being added to a SharePoint list.
Actions are what you want to happen when a trigger is invoked. For example, the new email trigger will start the action of creating a new file on OneDrive for Business. Other examples of actions include sending an email, posting a tweet, and starting an approval.
Using prediction models on AI builder
Use the prediction AI model to explore any business question that is answered as one of two available options, such as yes/no, true/false, pass/fail, and go/no go. For example:
Which applicants might be eligible for membership?
Which customers might not renew their subscriptions?
Which leads might purchase a product or service?
Which accounts might not pay their invoices on time?
Will I accept this rose?
