Q

Cultural differences for portugal.

A

Portugal have decriminalised possession of drugs for personal use - reclassified as a misdemeanour.
They argue that this reduces the amount of violent crime associated with drugs trade, saves money on imprisoning offenders and reduces the spread of HIV infections caused by needle sharing.
