What were Hitler's limitations?
He did not have a majority in the Reichstag He could only pass laws if Hindenburg was willing to pass Article 48 The SA were continually unpredictable and disorganised Chancellors typically did not last long. If he couldn’t pass laws Hindenburg could remove him. He could easily lose support in the next election if he was not seen to be solving Germany’s problems.
