How did Hitler become Dictator of Germany

Hitler passes the enabling act allowing him to pass down laws without consulting the reichstag
Hitler won this due to pressure from the SS and SA and the ban of communists from parliament
This helped Hitler become a dictator as he could make more decisions by Himself

• Night of the Long Knives is when Hitler murdered people with too much power
• SS eliminated the SA leaders and disabandoned the SA, killing Rohm
• Settled any other vendettas
• Took a few days
• Shows Hitler was willing to do anything to achive his goals
• Made violence essentially legal
• Intimidates the people
