I need new towels and the AC in my room doesn’t work. Also the sheets smell bad. Can I move to a new room?

احتاج مناشف جديد و المكيف في غرفتي لا يعمل. ايضاً الشراشف رائحة سيئ. هل استطيع ان انتقل الى غرفة جديد؟

What services do you offer in the hotel? Is there breakfast? Is there a gym or a swimming pool? Is there any restaurants close to the hotel?
