Why is RAAC hazardous
A
‘Bubbly’ / Cheaper form of concrete.
Found in 1950s / 60s buildings
Less durable & has a lifespan of 30 years!
Susceptible to cracking from pressure and moisture.
HSE have stated RAAC is now beyond its lifespan and can fail with little notice.

Demand for Green buildings are rising globally (55% occupier & 57% investor)
Greater disparity in brown discounts and rents.
