8/12/13 oz of steamed milk, 2/2/3 shots of espresso and 2/2/3 pumps of either chocolate or white chocolate sauce
How do you make a hot mocha?
Mix the shots/chocolate mixture and put it into the bottom of the cup. Then pour steamed milk on top and top with whipped cream.

Pump chocolate straight into cup and then pour steamed milk on top, holding back foam. Mix well and top with whipped cream

What goes into a hot Matcha Green Tea Latte?
10/12/15 oz of milk, 1/1/1.5 scoops of matcha powder and 2/3/4 pumps of simple syrup
How do you make a hot Matcha Green Tea Latte?
Put scoop of matcha powder into milk and steam, making sure the the matcha is mixed with milk. Pump simple syrup into cup and then pour in steamed milk/matcha mixture, holding back foam.

10/12/15 oz of milk, 1/3/3/4 oz of Chai and 2/3/4 pumps of simple syrup
How do you make a hot Chai Latte?
Mix Chai and milk and steam. Pump simple syrup into cup and then pour mixture into cup, holding back foam
How do you make an Iced Cappuccino?
Scoop steamed milk into cup, add ice and then continue scooping in steamed milk as the shots are prepared. Pour the espresso on top when it is ready.

How do you make an Iced Havana Cappuccino?
(I’m not totally certain but) Prepare shots (1/2/3) with condensed milk (1/1/1.5 oz) in OXO cup. Scoop steamed milk into cup, fill with ice and then continue scooping in steamed milk as the shots prepare. When the shots are done, stir condensed milk and shot mixture and then pour into cup. Top with cinnamon dust.
