- Enhances the safety of our produce supply, and increases the availability of healthy, local, and sustainably produced foods
What do horticulturists study?
- Growth process of plants and flowers, as well as fruits and vegetables
- Focus on the cultivation as they study soil and the lay of the land, ways to conserve and restore the earth, along with propagation
