A

eggs in the ovaries start to mature - 28 days an egg is released - ovulation

what happens during the menstrual cycle?

A

in preparation for ovulation - uterous line becomes thick and spongey - egg makes it’s way down to the uterous - if sperm is present egg can be fertilised - implant into uterous wall and develop baby - egg and uterous lining are released
