What does FSH do and where is it released
pituitary gland
matures egg (stimulates growth)
-> causes release of oestrogen
What does Oestrogen do and where is it released
- ovaries
thickens lining, stops the release of FSH, causes release of LH
What does LH do and where is it released. o
- pituitary gland
ovulation
What does Progesterone do and where is it released
- ovaries
maintains lining, inhibits LH + FSH release
