Hooligan - USE
A
Used in conjunction with the combination axe as a forcible entry tool.
Can also be used to pry, twist and cut materials.

A
Consists of a Tonge, spike and claw.
Made of heat treated spark resistant steel.

Hooligan - OPERATION
A
Tonge can be used to force open doors and windows.
Spike can be used for locks, latches and windows.
Claw can be used to cut materials or open doors.

Hooligan - MAINTENANCE
A
Clean with a clean damn cloth.
Check for cracks and deformity’s.

Hooligan - SAFETY
A
Ensure a clear working space.
Wear appropriate eye and hand protection.
Maintain a firm grip.
Carry with the spike facing down and place on the ground tongue and spike down.
