Coverage A-Dwelling
*Provided in every form except HO-4
Dwelling and premises; must be used primarily for residential or dwelling purposes
Coverage B- Other Structures
Separate structures at the same location, such as detached garages and other outbuildings
Coverage C - Personal Property
*Most notable change in coverage from the dwelling property policy
Can be purchased to insure personal property common to a residence
Coverage C in HO forms is divided into what 4 categories:
- Covered Property
- Limit for property at other residences
- Special limits of liability
- Property not covered
Coverage D - Loss of Use (Fair Rental Value)
Applies if property under Coverage A, B or C becomes damaged or destroyed
Coverage E - Additional Living Expenses
Only available if broad or special form dwelling coverage is written.

Coverage E - Personal Liability
Coverage F - Medical Payments to Others
E- $100,000 Basic Limit of Liability
F- Coverage does not apply to the policyholder or regular residents
Additional Coverages for additional premium
- Claims Expense
- First Aid to others
- Damage to the property of others
- Loss assessment coverage
Volcanic Eruption Period
All volcanic eruptions that take place within 72-hour period will be considered one event
Cancellation - If insurer cancels coverage, must send written 10 day advanced notice
