26 yo F med student, recurring fevers. Had in childhood, returned last year after a romantic grief. Sensitive, sympathetic, emotional person, but keeps a lot inside, uncomfortable with consolation. Loves being outside, the sun, camping, hiking, going to the park. Very sensitive to injustices. Problems falling asleep; at times will wake & be unable to go back to sleep. Crave chocolate, eggs, fat, salt, & hot soups. Digestion good but tendency to constipation. Many moles. Adopted, no FHx available.

Some compulsive/ritualistic behaviors. Married 4X, w/Hx of extramarital affairs. Craves meat, fat, pork, ham, salty, & ice cream.

33 yo F severe PMS. Intense headaches, extreme irritability & jealousy, & strong craving for alcohol. HAs tend to come on while sleeping, or wake in the morning w/HA. PMS Sx all resolve after menses begin. Craves farinaceous, oysters, alcohol, & coffee. Strong sex drive, competitive, intense, passionate. Dominates conversations. Warm, & gets headaches from the sun.

44 yo M fatigue & frequent sinus infxns. Orderly, precise, very courteous & mild mannered. Timid person, lives simply, reserved. Frugal, worries about money. Never liked physical labor/exercise, enjoys being an accountant, but when work piles up he gets frustrated, overwhelmed, & makes many mistakes, causes anxiety. Constipated, aggravated by milk. Though very chilly, prefers cold food. Sweats a lot on hands & feet. Cuts heal slowy, can get infected. Uncomfortable w/consolation. Extremely sensitive to noise. Likes the sun.

12 year old boy, Dx ADHD, learning disability & behavioral problems, prone to anger & jealousy. Extremely talkative & restless. Manipulative of parents, friends, and has alienated most of friends because of behaviors. Likes to shock his mother by using foul language, esp when she has company over. Jealous of his older sister, hits her wo cause. Insists on wearing extremely bright, wild-patterned clothes that draw a lot of attention.

Thirsty for cold drinks, loves bread & butter. Suspicious. Otitis always at night, usu very strong, offensive discharge from ear. Chronically swollen cervical lymph nodes.

10yo boy seems very serious, sad. When parents divorced developed insomnia, depression, & speaks frequently of suicide. Very religious, feels this world is too hard, & wants to be with God. Loves music, esp church music & Bach. Feels forsaken by father, who moved away after divorce. Keeps his problems to himself. Mother is quite concerned, because he’s alot like his father, who’s an alcoholic & severely depressed, & suffers from heart disease though he is only 35 yo.

48yo F asthma & peptic ulcer. Sx worse at night, 11p- 2am. Stomach burns, better warm drinks, esp warm milk. Very anxious, nervous, restless, & fearful of death. Very chilly, likes warmth, but likes a window open too. Fears robbers, being alone, cancer, suffering, & worries of financial security (though quite wealthy). Dreams of robbers. Critical, sharp, & controlling.
