(4) full realization of one’s potentials for growth.

The Jonah Complex
-aim of therapy would be for clients to embrace tha
B-values that is to value, truth, justice, goodness,
simplicity, and so forth.
- The therapy is largely an interpersonal process.
Through a warm, loving, interpersonal relationship
with the therapist, the clients gains satisfaction of
love and belongingness and thereby acquires
feelings of confidence and self-worth.
