Describe the ES profiles?
ES profile 1 - normal course of recovery within 3 weeks.
ES profile 2 - Abnormal course without yellow flags.
ES profile 3 - Abnormal course with yellow flags.
When modifications cause reductions in shoulder complaints you can use the shoulder modification procedure as an entrance to therapy.
Which 3 procedures can you do?
Thoracic - changing posture (less kyphosis).
Scapula - shoulder blade position.
Shoulder stability - Dorsal rolling.
