what and when was the act for the restoration of the professional civil service
it was on the 7th April 1933. and it required the firing of anyone who was political opponent of the Nazis or anyone who was non-Aryan. this meant that Jews and political opponents could no longer serve as teachers, judges or university lecturers as all these professions were counted as part of the civil service

this was the 1st April 1933
what was Hitlers early failure
in November 1923 Hitler led his Nazi party in an attempt to seize power over southern Germany by launching an armed attack on the governments. this Munich Putsch failed completely and Hitler was captured and given a fairly light prison sentence that he served in a large, comfortable room in a German castle. in his captivity Hitler decided that he would no longer try to gain power by force and instead he would exploit German democratic processes to win elections. while he was in prison Hitler started to write about his ‘struggle’ in life’s so far and where he wanted it to lead in the years ahead. these were the ideas that he sent out in the long-winded, rambling and extremist text of Mein Kampf
what were Hitlers main intentions that he stated in speeches through the 1920s
the Nazis must get into power legally, not by a violent takeover. in order to do this they would build mass support by making generous promises.
once elected to power the Nazis would end all opposition as Germany need the strength of a single party government
Purify Germany by removing any Jewish influences and if necessary the Jews must be deported or removed by other means
strengthen Germany’s economy and armed forces so that the nation could once again dominate Europe even if this meant breaking the terms set out in the Treaty of Versailles
Germany must gain land by fighting and winning another war to recapture areas lost through the treaty of Versailles and to fain whole regions of eastern Europe that would give the German people the living space that they need to thrive
the Nazis must, by these policies, set up and pass on to latter generations German empires a great empire (Reich). there had been two such great German empires before 1918, so this one would be called the ‘Third Reich” and it would last for a thousand years
