us banker Ernan Young came up with a new payment plan reperations went down from 6.6 billion to 1.8 billion and germany would pay 2.05 million per year until 1988

meant germany had to pay less in reperatons so it was better for the econamy

it was mostly succsefull but adolf hitler didnt like it and critisised it

far right and far left could cause the governmant to change meaning the loan agreements could change
