Someone who got forced to flee their country

To whatever country naturalized them.
What is a duty and a responsibility? What’s the difference?
A duty is something we are required to do. A responsibility is something that we do voluntarily. A duty and responsibility is different because one is voluntary and the other is a requirement.

You need it to be knowledgeable

The US has a long history of volunteerism.
