What is history?
History is a study of the past.
What is a source?
A source is evidence from the past.
How do historians use sources?
First the historian finds sources of evidence, then they study it ,they judge if the source can be trusted , finally they will compare what they found to make sure it is as accurate as possible
What is archeology?
Archeology is the study of what has been left behind ( from the past )
Who were the Mesolithic people?
Mesolithic people were people who settled in Ireland 9,000 years agp
How do we know about them?
Archaeologists found evidence of them at Mount Sandal.
What tools do Mesolithic people use?
They used spears and axe-heads
What were these tools made with?
They were made of big pieces of flint broken up.
How did they find their food?
They were hunter-gathers.
What are hunter-gathers?
They are people who gather fruit and hunt animals for food.
